The Crater Chiropractic Difference

Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Crater Chiropractic emphasizes improving your health to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness if they could. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.
People recognize the benefit of seeking an alternative to traditional medicine, which will help them achieve and maintain optimal health. For some, Crater Chiropractic will take them back to a place that is cozy and familiar, offering a rediscovery of health and wellness that had been previously known but long lost. For others, the journey may offer a new center, one never before experienced. Please take the time to meet the doctor, team, and our wellness network dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness objectives.

Sports Physicals

Sports physicals are required for all student-athletes participating in school athletic programs.

Sports physicals are provided in our office. Appointments must be scheduled, as we cannot accommodate walk-ins due to a busy practice schedule. We can typically schedule an appointment for the same day or the next day.

Students must have their completed paperwork in hand, signed by their guardian. You will also need the sports participation form provided by your school and the Oregon School Activities Association.
